1. Accepting these terms
These Terms of Use govern your use of Quizzora. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use Quizzora.
2. Your account
You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide, for protecting your password and trusted devices, and for activity under your account. Do not share your login credentials or try to access another person's account. Tell us through the Help Center if you believe your account has been compromised.
3. Fair and respectful use
You may use Quizzora for legitimate learning, teaching, practice, and community quiz activities. You must not misuse the platform, interfere with its security, attempt to bypass account or quiz protections, scrape data, automate activity without permission, submit harmful material, impersonate another person, or harass other users.
Do not use Quizzora to facilitate academic dishonesty. Teachers and organisers remain responsible for how they set, share, supervise, and assess their quizzes.
4. Creator tools and content
Creator access is granted at Quizzora's discretion. Creators are responsible for the accuracy, fairness, legality, and appropriateness of every quiz they publish. Only upload or paste material you created, have permission to use, or may lawfully share.
Quizzora may review, restrict, unpublish, or remove quiz content or creator access that violates these terms, creates risk for users, or harms the platform.
5. Your content
You keep ownership of the content you submit to Quizzora. You give Quizzora a limited licence to store, display, process, and distribute that content only as needed to operate and improve the service, including showing a shared quiz to the people you authorise to access it.
6. AI features
Quizzora AI and AI-generated quizzes are learning aids. Their output may be incomplete or incorrect. You are responsible for reviewing AI output before using it to study, teach, publish a quiz, or make an important decision. Do not submit confidential information to AI features.
7. XP, gems, streaks, and AI credits
XP, gems, streaks, badges, and AI credits are virtual Quizzora features. They have no cash value, cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged for money, and may be adjusted when needed to prevent errors, fraud, or abuse. Quizzora may set eligibility rules, expiry dates, daily limits, and reward conditions for these features.
8. Availability and third-party services
We work to keep Quizzora available and reliable, but we cannot promise uninterrupted access or that every feature will always work perfectly. Some functions depend on third-party services, including email, notifications, image hosting, AI, and future advertising providers. Their availability may affect Quizzora features.
9. Suspension or termination
We may suspend or end access to Quizzora if we reasonably believe these terms have been violated, the platform is being abused, or doing so is necessary to protect users, creators, or the service. You may stop using Quizzora at any time.
10. Disclaimers and limits
Quizzora is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the extent allowed by law, we do not make warranties about the accuracy of user-created or AI-generated quiz content, educational outcomes, uninterrupted availability, or fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.
11. Changes and contact
We may update these terms as Quizzora evolves. The latest version will be posted here with a revised date. Continuing to use Quizzora after an update means you accept the updated terms. For questions, sign in to Quizzora and use the Help Center.
